Having worked with both men and women in the field of human growth and personal development for the last 15 years, has given me a great deal of insight and understanding of human beings. If there is one thing that I have come to know with some cetainty is that each and every one of us is capable of extraordinary things, each of us has the potential for greatness, each one able to reach inside and find the place from where our most noble deeds and thoughts arise.

I am an experienced and qualified counsellor working in North London and Herts; I am also a Life Coach and I am a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming(NLP)
