What is counselling
Counselling is a place where it is safe to explore all your thoughts and feelings, it is where the journey of psychological healing can take place. Therapeutic Counselling can help you to recover from emotional difficulties of all kinds.

A counsellor has to be able to guarantee strict confidentiality in line with the code of practice laid down by the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.

A professional counsellor has a variety of skills, such as active listening, objectivity, an understanding of unconscious motivations, communication skills and so on.

In counselling you can learn to feel differently about yourself, you gain greater self-awareness and develop better coping strategies.
It is a process of self-discovery and growing clarity about yourself and your life.

What is Life Coaching
As part of my ‘tool kit’, I have qualified as a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Life Coaching. This provides a synthesis of skills, which give you a well rounded and transformative experience. This in turn will give you access to many more possibilities for changing your life.
Life Coaching involves customized strategies for achieving success in any area of your life. This process will enable you to clarify your life’s purpose, fulfil your passions and your dreams.
It begins with examining the areas of your life that you are not entirely satisfied with and then a plan is put into place. This gives you a way to improve things step by step, ultimately optimising the whole of your life.
